What do Essential and Premium include?
Both are the complete OPENXMLJSON app with no file-size limit. The only difference is billing — Essential is $4.99/month and Premium is $49.99/year.
Who is the Premium edition for?
Anyone who wants the full app with annual billing. Premium is identical to Essential (no size limit) — it's simply billed yearly at the best price.
Who is the Narik (Enterprise) edition for?
Enterprise teams that need volume or site licensing, managed deployment, SSO and centralized updates. Narik is for enterprise customers only — contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — download the free trial from the Downloads page. It opens files up to 50 MB so you can try OPENXMLJSON before buying Essential or Premium, which remove the limit.
How is a license delivered and what is a seat?
You receive a license key by email right after purchase. One seat activates OPENXMLJSON on up to two devices or operating systems for a single user.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Premium licenses are billed annually. If you cancel, your license stays valid until the next renewal date and you are not auto-charged for the following year.
Do you offer volume licensing?
Yes — volume and site licensing are part of the Narik Edition. If you're buying for an organization, contact us for pricing off the standard rate.
